I've been going to Facey since 1995,(since the first existing building down the street) for 31 years. I've had the same Doctor since then. I have a good relationship with my doctor. Facey and it's leadership are doing an amazing job. Plus your location is conveniently near my home.

When doctors performing an intimate check up brought along a female nurse and felt very uncomfortable. I think the chaperons should also be optional.

He need to put more attention to the patient concerns.

He only looks at what's on record and was disrespectful when saying that my weight was the source of my health issue three times. He was rude to the point where he was patronizing, Interrupted you and did not want to hear what you as a patient had to say. He needs better social skills.

Dr. Sanchez is very attentive and helpful whenever we call in with questions. His response time is always within the same day and resolution follows shortly after.
