The provider spoke to my friend who took me to the office about my care not to me as if I was not there. I am old but not senile.

Rana Lee, PA is the most professional and understanding provider I have ever seen at Providence Internal Medicine. She spent time talking to me and giving me eye contact not just typing on the computer or recording the visit. She offered solutions to issues that were straight forward and non judgmental. My hope Is that I will always be able to see Rana Lee for my medical needs.

Any time I see her, she always references my medical records and takes into consideration my past conditions, procedures, and medications when listening to any new concerns I may have. PA Rana Lee is wonderful. She is professional, efficient and caring. I saw her for a pre-op appt, and she couldn't have been more helpful and knowledgable. I usually would rather deal with a doctor than a PA, but I really like PA Lee and feel very comfortable that I had the best care.
