Ive seen nurses provide more support and interest to help solve the problem then the dr that helped me.She looked offended and showed no interest in solving my medical problem that I've had for over 1 year.

This was my first time meeting Dr. Gurleen K. Bhasin, and I was so impressed. She is very approachable, warm, and easy to talk to. She listened to all my concerns and was extremely thorough with my health issues. I really appreciate how she reviewed everything carefully and made sure I'm on top of all my medications.It's rare to find a doctor who makes you feel comfortable right away, but Dr. Bhasin truly does. I left feeling cared for and confident in my treatment plan. Highly recommended!The staff are all very nice too-friendly, helpful, and welcoming from the moment you walk in.

Good treatment and good service

Everything was great and the follow up was terrific.

My visit with Dr Bhasin was very helpful and I'm surprised she thought of checking on me bone density when not one of us have thought of it. However, scheduling for it is another matter.

Great experience, thanks to reception area for a great attention. Excellent doctor. She answer all my questions and took care of my health concerns.She ordered some labs tests, referred to a specialist and prescribed medication. The staff from labs so kind and patience.In general it was a good experience.

Super nice

The reason I gave an overall rating of 5 was in the follow up. A urine sample was sent to Lab Corp. I received the results directly on Sunday morning. As of Monday afternoon the results were not yet on My Chart. I called and one of the assistants informed me that Dr had the report but had not yet posted it. Later in the day I was sent a referral for a urologist but the test results were not yet posted. I sent a message on My Chart asking if I should discontinue the antibiotic I had been taking for 5 days. I received no response. On Tuesday the test results were finally posted but there was no answer to my question about the antibiotic so I asked again. Again no response. Late Tuesday afternoon I called again and an assistant asked the Dr and she said I could stop if I had no symptoms. At this point I had no symptoms and a negative test result for almost 3 full days.

Dr. Bashin is a very caring and great Dr. I am very happy with her.

This provider was "covering " for my primary care doctor. I recently had lung surgery and I had several questions about the recovery pain I was experiencing. She was very caring and compassionate. Provided me with good information.

This appt was rescheduled twice because my provider was ill - this is the first time I saw this doctor. I liked her and she did a good job.

I really am picky about my doctor and it was my first time with this doctor and I was impressed at how she heard me and wanted to help me and make sure to check everything which showed a couple things I need to work on. Drawing blood was fast and easy right after. Scheduling the pap was super easy too! Only thing that was far out was mammograms. They are months out. I wish your facility would fix that because it's the only appointment that seemed to be annoying to make. Other than that everything was very great and smooth.
