Dr Glaspy is not only a great clinician, she is also empathetic and upfront. There is one downside to being this good and that is how busy she has become. I wanted to book my 2026 annual Medicare visit with her for Nov-Dec 2026 and was told she is booked out already for 2026 and if I wanted to be seen it would have to be with the Nurse Practitioner. For this reason I may leave the practice if I can find a physician, with similar strengths to Dr Glaspy, that does not have so many patients that they cannot accommodate an annual physical. If I wanted an NP to be my primary then I would choose that model of care.
