My care provider is very knowledgeable and very easy to understand and talk to.

At my physical we discussed my BP medicine. I had been experiencing slight dizziness upon standing. We l to try stopping the med. I monitored itl at home and it started to elevate. I called his office and got a same day response for a new lower dosage. I am very appreciative.

Dr. Del Junco shows great concern by expanding my care to specialists when necessary. He listens well and takes my health concerns seriously. I like that he's proactive for patients like me that are within a high risk group. My one critical feedback about Providence in general: For those doctors who are not subscribed to MyChart, medical follow up can be challenging at times. As patients, the responsibility lies with us to learn about any tests prescribed by doctors. It's not always possible to communicate with doctors themselves, unless we make new appts which could take a few weeks. I think it's disheartening not to be able to communicate quickly and efficiently via MyChart.

I have no bad comments about the personnel or the doctor.

This office is amazing. From appointment scheduling to refills questions or concerns! The girls are so good at communicating with the patient and doctor. I REALLY like that they are humans and NOT robots. I get to talk to an actual person! The Doctor is attentive and he truly cares about your health. He answers questions and will make SURE you understand. Very kind and welcoming office. I'm very happy with my decision in primary care. I love the team

Dr. Del Junco is one of the most attentive doctors I have ever seen. He has referred me to the specialists that I have needed and has kept up with my prescriptions.

Dr M del Junco has a very comforting style or chair side manner about him. He listens and explains using easy to understand words. We love having him as our primary care doctor

Dr. Del Junco used shame, guilt, and fearmongering in an attempt to coerce me into getting tests I do not want, nor feel comfortable about. He did not respect my medical decisions. He spoke to me like I am a naughty 5 year old. He chastised me about taking necessary medications that are helpful to me. He disparaged my previous PCP and the excellent care I got. He ordered unnecessary tests. His answers to my each of my questions was, "I don't know". He told me I took up too much time, when he was the one asking questions and not liking my answers. He wanted to make unnecessary referrals to specialists who can't help me. Made me beg for needed meds and didn't prescribe sufficient amounts. I doubt he would talk to a man the way he talked to me. All this happened in one visit and one follow-up phone call about test results. He did not address all test results. Not ever going back.

Dr Del Junko is well informed and open to discussions about personal approaches and patient ideas to care. He is also a good resource for guiding a patient thru the maze of professional care.

Dr Del Junco is about as thorough as any doctor I have ever visited.He listens well and he spends time explaining far and above what is necessary to make sure you are on the same page. He even looks up medical equipment for you to help you buy the proper items. He is extremely generous with his time and as a patient I don't feel like a cow in a herd waiting in line to get prodded back out into the lobby!

I love this provider and his entire staff!! I have never had one complaint. Interesting that you are asking about the office and their promptness and you are asking about an appt in January.

Since I am a retired RN , I maybe do not require some explanations and at same time a little bit of knowledge might bring more questions. He is very patient with me listening intently to my questions and concerns. In a short time we have built a great relationship. I have already recommended him to friends .

I find Dr Michael del Junco to be an excellent doctor and both my wife [Name(s)] and I am extremely pleased to have him as my primary care doctor.

Some question cannot be answered because it was the first time seeing the provider.But, the orovuder was very cheerful receiving us.

Their very professional, courteous, empathetic, and attentive to all our needs. Takes the time to listen and explain treatment plans and always ask if we're in need of anything. If needed to speak with him after hours he's always calling back and show his concerns on how we're feeling and addressing our concerns regarding to our calls

He is a young doctor, he needs to be a little more aggressive.
