Dr. Hong is attentive and listens. She had suggestions for things to change to help my situation.

Everything was good except when I asked if she could order the tumor marker that had previously been ordered by oncology. I am not seeing an oncologist but want to keep track of my cancer issues. When asked if she wanted to include my tumor marker [ID] in with the other labs order she told me no without an explanation.

Best physician I've ever had!

I've always had an excellent experience with Dr Hong and her whole staff.

Although I had scheduled this appointment 1 year in advance as my annual check-up, it was treated as my Medicare welcome visit. My original MD was Dr. Elihu and Dr. Hong was given the bulk of her patients. Dr. Hong and I discussed my various diagnoses and we ran out of time before we could cover everything. So, a true annual appt was scheduled for 6 months in August. Dr. Hong did refer me to 2 different specialists and I really like them both! I am also getting treated for things that needed attention by these specialists, so I am grateful for the referrals. The staff was very helpful and managed to get referrals for everything even before I walked out the door. That was much appreciated, too.

Dr. Hong has always addressed my concerns and taken the necessary actions as needed.

The office, either through its MDs or PAs always responds to health problems.

At times, it has been hard to book sick visits, as there is no available open appointments. As an "At Risk" patient, this is frustrating. I do understand we are in flu season, with high patient volumes, and they have worked hard to get me seen, if only by the PA. Once able to be seen, the care is excellent, PA and physician included! The follow-up has also been great!

I mentioned issues with my bowel control, and Dr. Hong concluded after reviewing my prescriptions and supplements that taking magnesium was the cause of my symptoms. Dr. Hong recommended I cease taking that supplement since it wasn't necessary to continue taking it daily. After stopping with this supplement my bowel issues stopped. Thanks, Dr. Hong.
