My original Doctor for over 20 years retired. I have a new referral Doctor I have not been introduced to yet. Here's my long story short. I had a prescription refill problem because your service wasn't going to fill my prescription. So it took over 24 hours during that time. My Blood pressure was going up with frustration. So I know someone in the office of Facey let me make an appointment with a Doctor to talk over the phone about my issue and if they could help me. During this time before I got the call from the Physician. Some one called me to tell me that my prescription is ready for pickup. But I got a phone call from the Doctor and told the person my situation and this Doctor was very apologic about what happened to me. And wanted to know if there is anything they could do for me. "I said know thank you. But we had a good conversation and the Doctor apologized again for the terrible inconvenience that caused me frustration.

Saw Dr. Salcedo as follow up to a fall I took a few days before wherein I went to the ER and had a CT scan as I sustained a head injury.
