This was my first visit with Dr. Ramanujam. She was wonderful. She listened to all of my concerns and made me feel heard and understood. She ordered tests to begin the process of determining what is going on with me and also put in referrals to places that will help me with my concerns.

This was only my second visit with this doctor. She was able to prescribe a continuous glucose monitor for me. It has greatly improved my diabetes control. I have been able to reduce my insulin by 4 units, while maintaining a 6.5 a1c.

Dr Neela was amazing. She actually listened and didn't try to push pills on me. Every other doctor I've been to just tries to push pills on me and she was very attentive to my questions and concerns. Very professional and personable at the same time.

I only met Dr. Neela for a pre op visit because I'm going to have eye surgery. I liked that she looked at my blood work and said we may need to adjust my medication. At my age I appreciate a close look at that kind of thing. She said she'll get back to me.

I was able to get an earlier appointment date and time rather than my regular 3 month check up. As a result of the special need to see my new primary doctor, we were not able to discuss all issues or pre-order labs. However, in view of the time limitations, I was very pleased to get treated for pains in my knee & thigh & groin. Yes, I was very pleased to see doctor Ramanujan rather than go to urgent care.

I really enjoy working with Facey people. Have not had a bad experience at all.

Dr. Ramanujam, unlike previous doctors i've seen at facey/outside of facey, honors both the time and patient. She doesn't make me feel "bad" for asking questions or sharing my concerns. She creates a safe space, especially for someone like me who suffers from anxiety disorders.

This was a Wellness visit as well a a ger to know you visit. This was my first visit with Dr. Neela Ramanujan as my previous doctor retired. I liked her very much.

Dr. Neela Ramanujam is one of the best physicians that I have seen in a long time. She talks to me as an equal and makes sure that she clearly explains my test results. She listens to my concerns and I never feel like I am being disregarded or hurried out of the room.

Doctor was very thorough and took time to address my concerns. My main concern during the visit was for privacy considering that the hospital adopted a new recording software for doctors to record patient visits. While I do recognize it can support greater efficiency for note-taking, transcribing, I do have some concern regarding how my data/information is stored.

I continue to feel confident about my health over the years having been under caring and very professional providers like Dr, Neela Ramanujam. She does not hesitate to refer me to specialized medicine when needed and she is thorough about the laboratory tests results ready to prescribe needed medicine when she feels I need one right away. The messaging system "My Chart" facilitates the timely communication like issuance of a new prescription for an infection according to the just completed urine tests, etc. The Porter Ranch facility looks spacious and professionally staffed.
