Dr. Pham is the best doctor ever. He is consistent, professional, caring, informative, and expedient. Couldn't ask for a better physician who has your best interest at heart

Although my visit was just a routine follow-up visit, Dr. Pham asked me if I had any medical issues. I answered "Yes" and told him my right ear was bothering me. He immediately inspected my ear and he and Vanessa did a superb of irrigating and cleaning my ear which immediately relieved my earache. Thank you Dr. Pham and Vanessa!

Dr. Pham and his staff worked hard to see that George had been seen and they took all the history of his illness so they could provide his care with his alzheimers and disability issues that need medical equipment and prescription drugs. Dr Pham so me I'm a reasonable time. I did not get the call back for appt he requested I called again and was seen that day.Dr Pham was very caring and prescribed meds that should help me .

Dr. Pham relocated from Mission viejo (10) miles from my home to San Clemente office (24) miles and 40 minutes insted of 25 minutes. Thiis is the only draw-back that I have.

I typically utilize MyChart portal to schedule appointments and to reach out to Dr Pham for interim questions or concerns. Dr Pham always provides a rapid response to my inquiries for which I am very appreciative.

Dr Pham is always very attentive and answers any questions I have. Very knowledgeable and always get the best care.

If I have an issue that needs to be addressed I send him a note through my chart and I always get an answer back in a short period of time even after hours or his day off. I have been seeing him for over 7 years and yes the wait time has been an issue but this time it was over the top. I was frustrated and angry. Dr. Pham was recommended to me by a friend of a friend. At the time of my visit, I wasn't sure what to expect. However, within the first few minutes, I was pleasantly surprised by my choice. It was clear he had taken the time to prepare for my appointment, as he had reviewed my chart beforehand.I had written down all my concerns, and he looked over my notes carefully. He addressed each issue one by one, answered all my questions clearly, and even made a referral to a specialist. He also reviewed my list of prescriptions and submitted refill requests where necessary.When I left his office, I was very satisfied with the experience-everything went smoothly. My only complaint is that I had to pay for parking. I don't think it's fair to charge patients for parking.

Dr. Pham uses students to talk with me. I waited almost 2 hours to see the Dr. Who spent less than 5 min. This was listed as a physical but it was more a checkup by the student. This was the same with my last two visits.
