Dr. Swanson has a high pitched voice and she speaks very quickly. I am hard of hearing. So it makes for some confusing dialogue. That is the ONLY reason I rated her a 9 instead of 10. She listens, she seems to be aware of my medical history, and she is kind. I like her inmensely. .

Dr. Swanson, is very caring towards me and my other family members that are seen by her. She always takes my words seriously and is always able to get me any referral or medication that I need. She has definitely been the best doctor I have had throughout my time at Facey.

Every time I see Dr. Swanson for check up or a medical consultation I feel confident that I'm in the right place. Dr. Swanson is caring & committed to take good care of her patients. She explains her findings to her patients in an easy to understand terms. She asks questions & makes sure her patients are given the best medical treatment.

Facey in general is hard to schedule appointments with for non emergent problems, but things that need addressing which is why I have had to resort to the ER which is not appropriate. More availability. BUT. My doctor is very responsive to e mails which I appreciate and she is easy to work with and user friendly.

I saw Dr Sawnson after being in the ED. She saw something new on my issue and added a Rx and I've been feeling better since. So glad the office had an open slot and I was able to see her.

Love Dr. Swanson! My prior Primary Dr retired and she recommended 3 other Drs and I happened to pick Dr. Swanson and immediately felt like I had picked the right person. It's important to me to have a woman doctor so I do travel to a Facey Office a little further from my house but it's so worth it for me. I like Dr Swanson because she's very responsive to my messages in the App and during visits I feel like she really hears me.

The only thing that I found with this visit was that the provider seemed rushed. But, she did answer all of my questions.
