Everything about the experience was good. Dr. Khang was kind and thoughtful throughout the appointment.

Dr. Kahng and his support staff are professional and super responsive. I've never had to wait long to get an appointment or sit long during office visits. The only gripe I have is how quickly Dr. Kahng is in and out of the exam room.

Doctor Jay Kahng is incredibly caring, kind, and knowledgeable about Medical Care (especially what the word CARE means in the terminology Medical Care). He is also funny at times which often puts a smile on my face for the following days. He has an A+++++ rating from me as his patient.

The doctor was very kind as always, and he does listen, but I am surprised I didn't get a follow up call regarding the results of all my lab work because that really was the reason I was coming in for this appointmentI was very pleased at the results that I was surprised that no one called me to follow up once I got my lab results

Dr. Kahng is virtually the only physician I have ever seen who listens attentively, treats me as someone worthy of his attention, does not dismiss my concerns as if they did not matter, gives explanations that I can understand and from which I can profit as well as being someone who knows that he too is a human being In need of people like me who are suffering, In order that he may earn a living. When we meet, it Is one person with medical expertise meeting with another person with living expertise in what they are suffering. We are two "experts" in need of information from each other that we may find a viable solution to a "problem" that concern both of us. Dr. Kahng is always welcoming, respectful and attentive. I have lived the world over and, I am sorry to say, that he is the first doctor that has ever treated me in this manner.
