About Bishoy T. Samuel
Dr. Bishoy T. Samuel is a dual board-certified physician in Preventive Medicine and Addiction Medicine with a foundation in Internal Medicine and a Masters in Population Health Science. With his combined experiences he brings a uniquely integrated approach to patient care at Providence Medical Group Santa Rosa. Dr. Samuel has published peer-reviewed first-author work in the behavioral health analytics space and has contributed to quantitative research on mathematical forecast modeling of disease epidemics. Dr. Samuel’s philosophy centers on the belief that behavioral transformation is the foundation of lasting health. Excellent office staff, medical assistants, and doctor

Care provider spent enough time with me but when asked to repeat my tests in 3 months he said yes -but he did not give me the correct tests to be repeated. So now I have to nag him on mychart. I should have been given the correct blood draws when I left. Very frustrating. This has happened before
