I was very impressed with the amount of time that I had to wait. Care in the office was on time and actually showed respect for patient's schedule and not only their own. This seems to be a rarity in this industry.

Dr. Matalon was running late and they warned me. This is unusual when I have an early appt. I got the impression that the cause was another patient with an unexpected medical issue.

Dr Matalon is always great - he has wonderful advice and really knows his stuff. There was a question earlier about somebody calling after blood tests with results - but I always have the tests done just before my appointment and we talk about them there. Plus I get the information from the providence app - which is extremely helpful.
