Dr. Cooper is my new main health care provider. I am so pleased with his skill level, knowledge and professionalism. He is very kind and comfortable to talk to and share my complicated health care issues. I appreciate that Dr. Cooper is my Primary Care Provider! First time seeing Dr Cooper.

For a long time, I had Dr. Bisbee as my primary. He was an old "country doctor" who I just loved seeing. Then he retired. After a couple of other doctors, I got Dr. Cooper, and now I feel like I'm back having a doctor that really cares and isn't just going through the motions. He is a treasure, and Providence needs to do everything they can to keep him around.

I hold Dr. Cooper in high regard. He is always helpful and listens better than any physician I have worked with previously.

Best provider I have ever had.

The appointment was on time, and the staff were friendly and professional. The CNA was able to retake my blood pressure as the first one was a bit too high. I was able to receive instructions about when the next appointment was to be scheduled.

Dr. Cooper is very responsive to answering questions, as needed, to help me stay the course with my recovery. I complete testing a couple of weeks before my appointments with him, and results are discussed when I see him. I also access MyChart to see results, prior to appointments, but as is so often the case, the jargon doesn't lend itself to the patient understanding consequences, namely borderline numbers that leave us wondering. I don't care for MyChart for that reason. It takes a professional to highlight red alerts on the numbers. Having said that, the face-to-face appointments help clarify areas of concern, and those we can put to rest. Talking to professionals will never go out of style - From the patient's perspective, MyChart is a layer of disconnect with our health providers. If there is something we could change, before our follow-up appointments, it would be very helpful for a call to be made by staff.

The visit was to establish a PCP because we moved from Southern California. Dr Cooper was personable and took the time to go over some of my medical history. Office staff were friendly as well. Overall a good experience.

Our family continues to be fortunate and grateful to have Dr. Cooper as our doctor. Over the past decade, Dr. Cooper took great care of and befriended an elderly mother in her final years. He continues to take great care of my wife, including catching her kidney cancer early during routine exams allowing it to be treated and resolved promptly. He continues to take great care of me, including invaluable care, guidance, and encouragement in my ongoing cancer treatments. He made sure our health needs were met when he was personally unavailable. We have come to appreciate him for providing great care, for being a great doctor, and for being a valued friend.

Dr. Cooper is my physician, but I rarely get to see him. Normally, I am assigned to one of his PAs. Because I recently had a stroke and was hospitalized. I was able to see him after my release from the Hospital and I felt reassured that I was in good hands.

Excellent care , I just left a message with explaining what is going on with me and in less than a week I've received all responses and visit with my provider + all my questions was answered and scheduled for follow up

I have seeing doctor cooper for years for my regular check ups very knowledgeable glad he is my primary doctor

My first time with this doctor! I made the appointment a year ago - the earliest time that he could see a new patient. I was unhappy with my former PCP. I was willing to wait a year and it was worth it. Dr. Cooper is great. I prepared a summary of my health, which he reviewed quickly with me but his manner, knowledge and attitude were all superb.

It's fantastic to see Dr. Cooper this visit. We usually see Kevin Nelson but since I was in the hospital for a week we got to see Dr. Cooper. He has been my Doctor for a long time and unfortunately he's not my regular Doctor anymore. I needed this follow up appointment after being in the hospital and had a small issue getting this appointment.

Dr Cooper is always helpful and answers questions and advises in a helpful manner. We feel very lucky I have him as our doctor.

New patient appointment. Original appt was set for 10 months out but I was able to get in on a cancellation. It was my first time meeting Dr Cooper. He was recommended to me by another one of his patients as I needed to switch providers for insurance reasons. I was anxious about switching providers but after meeting Dr. Cooper I feel at ease about having him as my new pcp. He was thorough, attentive, compassionate and really seemed to care about my well being. He also seemed very knowledgeable in his field. First impression was favorable.
