The doctor listened well to my concerns regarding my Covid symptoms, reflected thoughtfully on my situations, and made a recommendation regarding next steps I should take towards healing. She recommended that I not be treated with paxlovid, an appropriate recommendation in my view. The doctor's manner was courteous and professional throughout the session. I felt fortunate to have received her professional care.

I am retired orthopedist, and I know Dr. Ferguson quite well, both professionally and personally. I am very satisfied to have her as my internist. I can tell you that she manages things for me very well. I am not able to comment on her relationships with other patients.

Love my doctor

Had to wait nearly 8 mos for an appointment. Answered an extensive medical history, which she read back to me during most of the visit. I didn't really feel like she shared my concerns about fatigue, hot flashes, fascia pain. Ordered basic blood test but did not comment on abnormal result.

I literally carry Dr. FERGUSON'S card to recommend her!

I just a zoom since she is a Provider with Dr. that I see that she would be more courteous and understanding, but she was very blunt and unprofessional and not nice about the appointment. She was more worried about. I was not her patient and she didn't want to see me for that.

I am a retired surgeon so I think my relationship is different from the usual. I know Dr Ferguson quite well. She is as much a colleague as a provider.

She is a wonderfully caring, competent doctor who pays close attention to all of my medical concerns and goes beyond the call of duty to provide me with excellent medical care. I don't know what I would do without her. She deserves super kudos for all she does in terms of listening, caring and providing compassionate medical care for me. Dr. Ferguson does not miss anything during our visits. I appreciate the time she takes to listen and make sound recommendations or advice. I also like that she was able to do my gyno exam, and didn't have to go to someone else. I trust her In my care 100%I rated overall recommendation an 8 bc my husband had les than expected experiences- and he had some major health concerns. One of them being a spinal problem. And his NP left and he was not able to get a new doctor. He is now cared for at Sutter and they have been wonderful.If all your doctors were a Dr. Ferguson, I would have rated a 10. If I had to rate based on my husband's experience alone, I would have given a zero, and if I didn't have Dr. Ferguson as my primary care physician I would also seek care elsewhere.

We really appreciate our physician, Monica Ferguson because she listens to our concerns without judgment and offers advice on moving forward on our healthcare journey. This particular visit had to be rescheduled, and my husband saw another provider. We've always been treated respectfully by the whole staff - from the minute we walk in the door to when we are leaving the office. I love that the lab is on the same floor, which makes it convenient to do our bloodwork on the same day.

My husband died last month & my PCP Dr Fergerson wrote me a personal note of condolence; I was really touched.
