Everything was great I had no problems

Dr. Generoso has a good bedside manner and listens well. He seems to be very thorough but did not tell me how long it would take for the prescribed medicine to kick in, which I read happens to be 3 to 7 days!

I am new to Dr. Generoso but I liked him from my initial visit. He is respectful and seems to really care about what I have to say and carefully explains the process. The staff has also always been very kind and friendly.

This is a new provider hopefully this will become my primary physician. The good is that it's very close to my home. My current primary physician is in Santa Monica and I drive is just too far so I wanna encounter with the doctor was extremely positive

I just live the quaint office, the staff and my Doctor July Generoso! So caring and friendly and provides quality health care. Thank you Providence for caring!

I appreciate the availability of appointments. The provider also listens to concerns. I have not heard back about my labs which is a bit frustrating since it has been over a week. My previous provider that retired always reviewed labs in a timely manner.

I cane to see Dr. Generoso never I needed to have my GERD medication refilled. I stopped taking this medication a while back because I changed my diet and was fine. I started having gastrointestinal issues so I needed to resume my medication. The pharmacy required for me to see my doctor in order to refill my prescription. I'm taking medications for unrelated health issues, which require a specialty, so I have other healthcare teams I see concerning those matters. Dr. Generoso and his staff were amazing. Thank you.

I was able to get in last minute with Dr. Generoso after I experienced acute hearing loss and tinnitus and couldn't get into my PCP. He is my husband's PCP, so I was happy to be able get seen by him. He prescribed steroids, which the ENT (with whom I had an appt with a few days after) said did the trick in restoring my hearing. The tinnitus is still there, but I'm grateful to not have permanent hearing loss currently.
