My experiences with Dr. Lin have been positive.

Regarding Dr Lin. Dr Lin must learn better communication skills. There was very little dialogue between her and myself. I described to her the symptoms I was experiencing. Her exam seemed cursory. I didn't get the feeling that she was very interested in the bbl patient. I would prefer to discuss this with St Jude Heritage in a different manner than this survey. But in sum, I will see her unless there are no other options. I think an urgent care doctor would have been a better experience. The only reason I booked the appointment with her was because my regular doctor didn't have an opening on Monday ( the day of my visit), and I needed care immediately. Thank you.

Dr. Lin is very nice and after two visits I feel confident and comfortable with her. I was in both times to get lab results and Dr. Lin was very helpful and caring.

This was my first visit with Dr Lin and found her to be knowledgeable albeit very quiet. In all honesty she looked quite sleepy when she entered the room. I thought Dr Lin was very effective at her job. She listened to my health concern and ordered what I feel are the appropriate tests. I look forward to building a good patient-doctor relationship.

Dr has no need to follow up on blood test results as we go over them at my appt which is usually within a week of the results received. I'm confident if anything was askew she or I would be in contact immediately.

I had a small list of concerns to ask since I only see her once a year. I was told that I could only ask 2 concerns. My first concern was not even answered, instead I was asked about my breathing. She had me go and take a chest x-ray. I did that. I received a call the next day on the results, but I wasn't home so a message asked that I call. I did to be asked to pick a # from 1-10. All I wanted was to get a person. I spent the next 15 minutes hitting all your # before getting a real live person. This is absolutely crazy. Don't ask to return a call if you can't give a number to a real live person. Health care certainly isn't what it used to be.

Took a while to warm up to her, but eventually was better. Dr. Lin could work a little on her rapport with new patients.

Dr. Lin, is my new doctor after Dr. Sevalia left. She is very thorough and detailed. I am very satisfied with her.

Dr. Lin is extremely knowledgeable and is a great communicator in explaining medical information to make it easily understood. She makes me feel comfortable, and I am confident in discussing health issues with her. Dr. Lin is sensitive to my possible anxiousness about medicine and the possible side effects. I value her expertise and skill as a doctor.

My doctor left Providence early this year. I didn't know Dr LinI until my appointment. My prior doctor set up the introduction so I would not have a gap in care. My prior dr that left was amazing., engaged, thorough and my heath improved since I met her. It isn't a reflection on Dr Lin. I just don't know her yet.

Not a friendly doctor

Dr. Lin was great. I never felt she rushed me through the appointment. This was my first appointment with her.

[Date] was first visit with Dr Lin. We covered a lot in a short time. I was well satisfied with the time spent.

My Internal Medicine doctor left the practice and this was the first visit with my new doctor. I don't really have a relationship with her yet like I did my other doctor and she was the one that could get me in as soon as possible and there's only one other female to choose from. I'm gonna give her a shot, but if I'm not happy, I'll be going to a different medical facility.

Dr. Lin is pleasant. I would like her to show more interest in me as her patient and my questions and concerns by elaborating on answers and asking me questions to get to know me better.

This is a new internal med Dr for me as my previous left her St Jude practice. Dr Lin was great upon meeting me for the first time. She took care of my needs and was able to see bloodwork results done by a recent visit to my endocrinologist. Dr Lin was patient knowledgeable and kind.

The doctors that you have are very unprofessional and they are kids and they don't know how to treat people.

Dr. Lin was very polite and respectful but didn't seem to be engaged. She didn't seem knowledgeable about my condition. She wasn't helpful on what I needed to do to resolve my problem with at home care ie exercises.

My previous doctor left the practice and thus I have a new doctor this year. When I made my appt for a physical at the beginning of the year, I was told I had to have an appt with the new doctor prior to the physical to "meet" the doctor. When I showed up for the "meet the doctor" appt, Dr. Lin didn't seem to be on the same page regarding the pre-meeting appt and I thus ended up having a physical that day. While I do appreciate that I didn't have to come back for that appt the next week, it was very confusing for me to have this extra appt and the doctor did not seem to support this extra appt either. I feel either the Dr staff should be on the same page regarding this extra appt or just get rid of the need for it.

Love working with Dr. Lin. Have lots of confidence in her care and advice. She respond same day when messaged through My Chart. Love the system to get timely lab results. Gives me chance to review and formulate questions before our follow up visit. Phone system for making appointment with specialist is more challenging, but persistence works. Would be nice to be able to make appt with specialist referred by doctor at My Chart.

Easy to make an appointment is very important to an uncomfortable patient. I was so happy & surprised to get in sooner than I expected. Thanks for this improvement.

I like Dr Lin and her teams prompt courteous service. I did feel a bit rushed on this Wellness Check up. I didn't feel I had time.to address some of my other health Issues. I look forward to seeing her again in May 2025.

Dr Lin and her assistant are one of the best medical professionals I have dealt with, who really addressed my concerns and health issues. I think they are one of the best .

Exam room very outdated, chair was ripped. Concern for infection control.Provider was low energy, not friendly for a first time visit.

I feel very comfortable speaking with Dr Lin. She listens and understands what my concerns are as well as answers my questions and explains things in an easy to understand manner.

Appt originally scheduled for [Date] almost a year ago. Ofc called to reschedule as Dr was going to be gone. Earliest Appt rescheduled for [Date] As I indicated then that there may be prescription renewals or adjustments before that date as well as additional health concerns, the scheduler advised to contact drs office if they might be able to work something out which we were able to do. Getting blood labs taken was the next challenge as appt was fast approaching when appt was changed overall, very satisfied with Dr Lin and staff working with me on the appointment changes I've always been very satisfied with my internist and the staff at st Jude's.

Dr. Lin spends quality time with me and shows genuine concern for me.

This is the first time to be with Providence and Dr. Lin because my blood sugar was very high the medication what I had never works, to visit Dr. Lin just wanted to have better prescription to reduce my symptoms. The doctor doubled my dose. I real appreciate. One thing I don't feel confortable is that she changed one of my Rx Isosorbite from 90 days to 30 days. I prefer doctor does not change any Rx on a first visit of a new patient if patient is not request. Thank you for this opportunity.
