Dr. Smith was so wonderful. She listened to my concerns and was able to get a follow-up appointment with a specialist scheduled for asap know that I'd be starting IVF soon. She also was able to squeeze me in the same day I called in to make an appointment. My primary doctor was out of town, so I was very grateful Dr. Smith was willing to see me that same day.

My care provider, Dr Andrea Smith, has been the best. I understand she will not be providing care at Providence and I wish you could do the things necessary for her to continue practicing at Providence. As an 83 year old, I appreciate her expertise in the gerontology field. She also, took time to go over any issue I had and at times got me in to see her on a nonscheduled time if I had an issue that could not wait until a next scheduled appointment.

Dr. Smith has always spent more than enough time to make me feel comfortable about any condition for which I was being seen. I'm sad she Is leaving and thankful she helped me to sign up with a provider she felt would match my concerns regarding my health.

I'm very very saddened to know Dr. Smith will no longer be my PCP. Her specialty as a geriatric PCP was especially important to me and she is an outstanding physician. I hoped she would be my lasting physician as she has provided to me exceptional care, compassion and understanding.
