Dr. Siapno and I discussed immunizations this visit, for flu and an update on the Covid vaccine-very important to me. I received my flu shot right away.

I feel comfortable talking with my doctor and the assistant even when it's an uncomfortable conversation and I feel listened to and that Dr. Siapno takes the time to review my history.

I really like Dr. Siapno. My only issue is that between annual visits it takes weeks to get into see her and I'm forced to a PA who doesn't know me.

The receptionist was especially friendly and we had a wonderful conversation. The medical assistant was very nice and helpful and made me feel at ease and cared for. Doctor Siapno is always friendly, professional and informed of my condition and concerns. I requested a medication change which we discussed during my last visit and after discussing the situation she approved the change. We discussed our goals and I described my changes in diet I made to lower my A1C which was lower than last visit. I am very pleased with the entire medical team especially Doctor Siapno. I am well cared for and am very grateful for this.

DrcSiapno listened to my concerns about another health issue that was not the reason for the initial scheduled visit and addressed and ordered further evaluation. I was contacted with the results and addressed any concerns day off report , I was offered follow up with a specialist if I wanted continued evaluation. I felt cared for.

My experience with Providence is always excellent and I am happy with the attention that I receive.

I have nothing but positive to say. I've had a lot happen in my past and a lot to still make up for. I come here because my provider doesn't see that. She takes me very seriously and makes her recommendations/judgements based off the now. I've always felt validated by her and always taken seriously. If I ever like she couldn't see me in an emergency the urgent care in her building is next and I've had the same experience there each time.
