I have generally had excellent care from this care provider and team

I received good care.

I ALWAYS receive excellent care and advice from the Providence Health Service Both in Newberg as well as other Providence locations.

It was good & they tryed to understand me.

Dr. Campbell was attentive to my back pain. His office called with a sooner appointment when there was a cancellation. He was much more personable with a firm handshake to both my husband who was with me and myself. This was a dramatic change from the first time I saw him and he was new. I like him as my doctor much more now.

Worst encounter with any provider that I have EVER seen

I've been dealing with a medical issue for over 40 years and I feel as though they're acting as if it's something that just occurred today. I don't feel that this physician actually listened to me and there was definitely a clash between us. I will look to get the x-rays done for my back and I'll also do the blood test that he sent me out to do can resolve this issue about my back.

Dr Campbell seems to base his recommendations and actions on very sound and well thought out medical knowledge. He is very respectful of all the questions I ask. He is an excellent primary care doctor.

I utilize the Providence MyChart app frequently with questions to my care team. They do an excellent job of responding quickly and keeping my records up-to-date with information supplied via MyChart. I am very impressed with Providence's patient care and their commitment to removing barriers between patient and their practice.

I think this provider is good and generally knows what he is talking about. On the other hand, some of the instructions and discussions are not very well communicated and I sometimes think things are overlooked.

I appreciate being listened to and being given other options if Dr Campbell doesn't have time

First OV -New provider for me; he listened, asked questions, reviewed my chart told me results I did not know about. I feel he has a plan for my care and is interested in helping me.

I Went in for a routine appointment. I had also had a sprayed ankle that I had seen a doctor at an urgent care facility. I had also had a CAT scan. So when I went in for this routine appointment. So by the time I went in to see Dr. Campbell it was the first time I had all the information with the doctor that I could talk with about my foot. Dr. Campbell and I did discuss my foot. I showed him an ongoing rash that I have on my body that I can't get rid of and he said we couldn't talk about it today that we would have to schedule another appointment to talk about it. My rash has scabs on it because many times I scratch it because it is so itchy and he didn't seem to think that that was something we could talk about at that appointment. He told me to use Cera Ve on it. I told him I usually use a prescription antibiotic when it would get bad. He said he wouldn't prescribe it for me and to only use the Cerave. I would like a new doctor. I don't feel Dr. Campbell is experienced enough and that he's still a young doctor and I've always had an experienced internist but this practice has given me a DO since then I'm just not getting the care I need. I have several ongoing medical issues that I have spent years honing in with doctors and I'm in a good place and I just felt like Dr. Campbell wasn't hearing me in what my regimen was. So now I have to make another appointment to have this taken care of. I'm not real happy right now.

First time with this Doc. There must have been a cancellation;I was able to be seen the day I went online to book a visit. He listened and answered my concerns. He assured me my sciatica pain and consequent lower back pain did indeed need time to heal, and I was doing all the right things. He offered to send an order for physical therapy if I needed one. Great for me to meet a new Doc within the group.

Today this was a substitute doctor for me because my regular dr gets called to the military. I called in the morning and was there in the afternoon, as my computer was down and I could not get a virtual appt.Being it was my lungs I was worried, but got x-ray some day and I'm OK. Excellent service.

So glad Dr. Campbell came to the practice. Seeing an MD was a little shaky in the beginning for me. He's thorough and personable.

This provider is new to me - assigned by Providence when my previous provider left the clinic. I am still getting to know him.

Dr Campbell listened carefully and responded clearly to my concerns. He's an excellent PCP, following through with thorough advice for further specialist care and ordering necessary testing to monitor chronic conditions. I felt comfortable in my first encounter with him, and I'm glad he's my PCP.

This was a get-to-know you visit with Dr. Campbell as my previous PCP left Providence. I made this appointment 6 months ago after my annual wellness exam when I found out about the PCP change. My lab test is scheduled for early November and the results will be in MyChart. I take one Rx and have been on it for several years so there is no need to have follow up other than my annual exam. I liked Dr. Campbell and hope he stays with Providence for several years.

I had an acute illness and my care team got me into see a provider in a timely manner. I really appreciated that.

I've never had bad experience

This was the first time I have seen Dr. Cambell. My previous PCP left and I was assigned to Dr. Campbell. During this first visit I found him to be aware of my medical history and medications. He was very courteous and caring.
