Jonathan was very helpful, took all my concerns seriously and listened to me with an open mind. He had looked at my previous labs and ER visits before he even came in the room and knew exactly what we were there for. A very pleasant visit with lots of answers.

The minute Jonathan Fisk entered the room I felt comfortable and at ease. He was friendly, professional, very easy to talk with, and an excellent listener (I appreciated his eye contact when I spoke). He was respectful, thorough and gentle. I was impressed with his knowledge and that he had reviewed my chart prior to my well check; he was an excellent communicator. I also appreciated his way of creating a conversation that emphasized we were a team developing a current and long-term health plan. I am hoping that I have many years under Jonathan's care.

I'd never seen J. Fisk before and I'm very happy that I did. I made the appointment to renew my meds, but because I was having pain in my ankle, we discussed that too. He suggested an ultrasound to see if I had blood clots, but thankfully that wasn't the case.

I have just recently started using Providence services. All of my interactions have been excellent.

This was my first visit with Dr Fisk I was there for shots in my hands for trigger finger's. He was very nice & explained what he was doing in a way it was easy to understand. He made me feel very comfortable, very nice person.

Never saw him before. He did a fairly good job of diagnosing. Time will tell if he was correct.

He reviewed the plan of care with me before I left and told me what to expect next. I appreciate his expertise and compassion.

It was extremely difficult to schedule this appointment online through MyChart. In order to get the care I needed I had to call. Thankfully the person I talked with got me an appointment quickly. Dr Fisk was excellent. So much so that I wish he could be my primary provider. He was knowledgeable, compassionate and authentic.

Jonathan listens well. He presents information and allows the patient to determine appropriate plan for treatment. He gives the patient full attention.

I really liked my provider for this visit. He was very easy to understand & he brought his seat & the computer code to where I was sitting & I appreciated that. He asked if I understood what he was doing & made sure I did. The end of visit summary was essential in helping me keep things straight when talking to my family.
