Dr. Sellars and staff are having some tough times in the clinic due to the pickup crash into the exterior windows and unto the waiting room. The staff has made adjustments and IT and maintenance have helped get the reception and waiting area the best they can get it during the renovation and reconstruction of the building. The staff is cheerful and positive about the inconvenience and significant disruption to the daily operations. This is a very good clinic with very good people, from physicians down to the newest employees at the bottom of the pay scale. The staff has always been ready to help, listen and work for the patients. Sometimes, the understaffing seems to slow service a bit, but understanding the why the staff didn't get back to me as soon as I hoped and thought, the simple reality of there are only so many hours in a day to get all the work finished. Dry Sellars is always provides stellar care, he works hard to keep up with the patient load, is honest, candid and a very good trainer/educator. He helps me take responsibility for my health and has been very significant in keeping me alive. This man is one of character and incredible integrity. He is an asset to PNMC.

I spoke to Dr. Sellars about a not so good experience I had with a different physician in the group of internal medicine, and he said that he would put me back on his rotation again. However, I do wish who ever came up with the hair brained Idea of charging us for the answers we ask online and the answers we receive would resend this because I WILL NOT write for any help, I may need in the future your online system!
