Dr. Bergquim has been my primary care physician for several years. It's always a pleasure to see her. I appreciate how clearly she explains things, and takes the time to answer my questions without rushing me through the appointment. I never feel like just another patient.

It is always a pleasure to have an appointment Dr. Bergquam . She is professional in manner but also quite personable. She always asks if I have questions or concerns, she listens carefully and answers questions in a way that Is easy to comprehend. She spends enough time with me so that all my questions and concerns are answered. I never feel rushed, though she does use her time efficiently and I am sure that is why she is never late. I am roomed in a timely manner and she arrives In the room in a reasonable amount of time. She Is prepared and has reviewed my records before she enters the room. She is kind and considerate and it is obvious she loves her job and taking care of her patients. She is a true gem.

Easy to get started and all staff were friendly and knowledgeable about their area of expertise.

I have complete confidence in Dr. Berquam , she is extremely knowledgeable and always very thorough, not to mention she is extremely kind and genuinely concerned about my health and wellness. I consider myself lucky to have her as my doctor.

Although I had to wait a long time, I realized the doctor was providing care for someone who required more time. I appreciated the doctor's words when she said she was sorry I had to wait so long. That awareness and sensitivity matters.

Earlier this year, my regular PCP did not return from maternity leave, so I needed to find a new one. Recently I finally found a new one but won't be able to see her for several months. I needed to see someone to get a prescription refill and had seen Dr. Berquam once before. She was available and was very helpful in discussing several things related to my healthcare during the next few months while I wait to see my new PCP.

Dr Bergquam answered all of my questions and concerns. She was very thorough & explained things to me in a way that I could understand. I felt very good about my appointment with her. Also, regarding the prescription question, the only prescription I take regular basis is a low dose antidepressant that I have taken for quite some time. I feel no need there Is to check on me, as we discuss that medication and any other health concerns I may have, at my annual checkup.

Everything during this appt was very good. The provider was very busy, and I TOTALLY understand/understood that it took a bit of extra time to be seen. There was no problem on my end because I understand that sometimes appointments run longer than expected. I was given all the time I needed for my appt; I did not feel rushed or slighted in any way. Dr Bergquam is always attentive to my needs and listens to me and gives me what I need to be able to supply my employer or others regarding my absences, give information to BHI for my son.

This was my first visit with this provider as my previous primary care doctor left Providence. She was friendly and helpful and listened to my questions and concerns.

Dr Bergquam is always professional and pleasant. I was surprised that with my c/o abdominal pressure, bloating, and pain that she did not do a hands on physical exam to feel my abdomen or to listen for bowel sounds in any quadrants. However, she did order abdominal x-rays and an ultrasound.

I have only good experiences with Dr. Bergstrom.

This was an excellent provider considering I had never meet her before. The questions asked here are not really clear.. I have seen Drs in this office before and not always clear or good folliwup so I didn't answer.. I was so thankful I got this Dr

I felt like Dr. Bergquam wasn't very compassionate about all my symptoms and seemed rushed. Whlle we did talk briefly about previous tests and visits with other providers, she did not seem very compassionate towards me and the escalating symptoms I was experiencing, making me feel like it was my fault since I had declined a test that had been previously suggested. That being said, she did discover a possible cause that I was not aware of for a current issue that could have caused some of my problems and prescribed some meds that did help. She also gave me a referral and told me to call if neither of those things helped. So while I did get help and am feeling better, a little more compassion would have gone a long way.

I get very anxious when coming to Drs office. I was seen right away, made comfortable and got help with my anxiety during the appointment. I was comforting to know that this Dr and nurse were aware of my condition and worked thru it with me. Blessings to you all!!!

Dr Bergquan? Was excellent. I very much appreciated her time and insight. She was the third doctor I saw for this issue and was finally able to give me the help I needed.

I was not this doctors patient, I was grateful she had an appointment available for me. I am a senior with chronic medical/long medical history and acute ER f/up issue and anxiety which made everything worse in my mind. Chat gbt diagnosed more severe issues than Doctor Bergman, no longer consulting gbt!)Dr Bergman went over all of my concerns which had both major and minor issues. I had a long list. She was very caring and professional and somehow made sense out of the mess that walked into her exam room. I don't know how these doctors do that but she did amazing. Put my self-induced medical (minor) issues to rest and treated what needed treating. I was very grateful (a little embarrassed about the trivial stuff that I made out to be worse)but very grateful. She is obviously a VERY GOOD DOCTOR. She is a 10, the best possible provider.

The Doctor was great, the subject was weight and we were unable to find a solution for my weight struggle.

This provider is a very good fit for me. As a degreed biologist/ecologist, I understand the basics of physiology, anatomy, nutrition, ecology, and aging. This provider and team treat me respect for these understanding and provide me with succinct but thorough feedback to my questions and concerns from a broad perspective.

Dr. Berquam is better than any Dr I ever had to include 21 years in the Marine Corps.

My PCP was booked out for months but I was offered this appointment with Nina much sooner. I had never seen her before but I was VERY PLEASED with the care I received. She was very personable, polite, respectful, and knowledgeable. I would definitely like to see her again if future needs arose. If I didn't already have an identified PCP, I would like her to be my PCP. She represents Providence VERY WELL and have already told others about my great experience interacting with her. She is TOPS!

I didn't start out with this provider and was very frustrated. It has been a night and day difference and I am 100% satisfied on all levels of care. There is nothing this office could do better.
