Really appreciate Tyrell, he's thorough and kind. I've seen him twice for two separate issues, he steered me in the right direction each time.

My pa, Tyrell Jagelski, listened very carefully to all my health care needs that I brought up. Tho I had about 6 things to talk to him, Tyrell took the time to address every item on my list. He really seemed concerned that each question or need was addressed by him fully. He also addressed things I could do to improve my health like exercise. Tyrell also referred me to a specialist at my request. I had already had labs for the appointment, but he ordered a fall up lab in 3 months to follow up on my diabetes and the results of the exercise he had asked me to do.

The Dr was very concerned on some of my issues, wanted to have some test done on them, listened to what I had to say very carefully, very kind, cared ,best Dr. He didn't make me feel like I had to hurry up. Thank you so very much for listening.Excellent visit 100%

First time I had ever seen him and I was very impressed on how thorough he was.

Tyrell Jagelski provided excellent care.

I was really impressed with my PA. I had not seen him before, he was thorough and concerned. Some things I didn't agree with and some I did. He respected me, had blood work done, and prescribed a new medicine that he thought would help. One he wanted to prescribe was very expensive and insurance issues. Having a CT was a bit o Dr the top so I won't have that. I would have liked a referral to the ENT for my allergies and nasal issues. Maybe that will be done later. With my stomach issues from long ago I was thinking a scope procedure may be something good, but maybe the stomach pain will ease up, if not, I will probably follow up and ask for more follow up with this concern.
