Tyrell and all those people that have been involved in my health have been informative and helpful.

Tyrell and care providers were very professional and empathetic about my care. Tyrell identified cause and also potential alternative treatments. Excellent!

1) Assistant who took BP, weight, etc was brusque and argumentative. 2) Texting/kiosk system to call me for Lab phlebotomist failed again. 3) However, he was the BEST phlebotomist I've ever had at your facility.4) Visit with Tyrell was good communication but he never examined my back or touched me which seemed odd.

This doctor and his staff consistently help me identify ways I can meet my health goals. The doctor provides a positive and caring atmosphere. I trust is guidance.

My experience with the provider has been positive and the team at this practice have been welcoming and respectful.

First time I saw him. He was great and asked good questions and really listened to me. I appreciated that.

A careful listener and very responsive to my requests

I liked that Tyrel took my stomach aches seriously and made a plan for me to try, so we could eliminate part of the issue, so we figure out what the next step would be. He asked good clarifying questions and he also asked if I had any more questions of him.The part that I think is still unclear is figuring out the referral system versus the prior authorization and what those terms mean. I called customer service about it.

The option for a virtual visit with a provider means that I can get care when I need it and it also is a great convenience to eliminate the need for travel. I've utilized the virtual visit multiple times and I've always been extremely satisfied with it and the care I have received.

This is the first visit with Mr. Jagelski. I made the appointment online and was seen within a day. It was a followup to a condition I've never had, gout. I had gone through a visit at the Sherwood Urgent Care a couple days before. This visit was a followup with new information from that urgent care visit.Mr. Jagelski was great at keeping things simple, straightforward and insightful. He was up front and candid, which I needed that day. Having never met him before, if he's available over any other PA, I'll wait to see him.

Every time I've seen this provider he takes his time to address any concerns, is very patient, is easy to talk with and explains things very clearly.
