This provider did a good job at explaining this cold and gave some new mods over the counter that seemed to help. My PCP has retired, and I am in a gap place with my new provider, so it was unfortunate I got sick at this time.

Provider listened carefully to me heath concerns and offered suggestions to help me adapt to my disability.

She was excellent. I don't like going to the doctor at all and rarely do. I also do not want to be pressured to take every test known. I only want to address my issues and for this visit it was so I could continue receiving one medication. She answered all of my questions; she was kind and not pushy at all. I felt she really listened to me and understood. I will most definitely want to schedule with her again as it went well.

I really do like Brigitta Triolo, and have seen her for health issues on several occasions. I am currently struggling with depression and needed to talk about it, but I only said a few things when Brigitta jumped in and talked for a long time and my eyes glazed over. She needs to listen more. I like her and would definitely see her again, though. As an old retired nurse, I know from experience that patients sometimes just need to vent. They don't necessarily need a dissertation.

I felt better about my pain in calf. I was a little shy about my concern. She reassured me and examined my calf. We did a fallow up dimer lab test. It looks like it's a muscle injury

I saw Brigitta following a consultation with a neurologist about questions about my memory. She was able to give me a better picture about the possible causes of my symptoms. I was very encouraged that the worst case possibilities are not inevitable and there are steps I can take to deal with my symptoms. Brigitta seemed very well informed about the subject area and was very patient in dealing with my questions (and my feelings). I very much appreciate her help.

I felt like she didn't know my history and didn't care what I had to say.

I was given the wrong vaccine during my visit (tdap instead of flu). It also took over a week to find out I needed to call another number to schedule an iron infusion (after being told they would call me). I still have heard nothing about the heart monitor I'm supposed to wear either.

Brigitta is always quite knowledgeable about issues and has great responses to all questions.

Brigitta is amazing. She's the only one I've ever seen in my 60+ years of doctors that doesn't act in a hurry to get me out. She spends all the time with me to answer any questions I have or offer ideas that may help me achieve my health goals. There's no one better including Tonette her assistant

Brigitta is a careful listener. She Is a skillful provider of presciptions, referrals, and advice. This visit was about severe right-hip pain, for which Brigitta helped me to select an available orthopedic surgeon and wrote the referral. Thanks to Brigitta's knowledgeable attention, I was quickly surgeon-authorized for hip-replacement! She also prescribed some pain relievers that may be easier on my stomach, and ordered bloodwork for my ongoing Olmesartan BP-meds -- all with friendly efficiency and care. Excellent visit!

Brigitta is extremely well read and informed on latest medical information. She reviews my chart, medical history, prescriptions and asks appropriate follow-up questions. She is easy to talk to and understanding. I feel comfortable with her as my primary care provider.

I saw the PA on my care team because my doc wasn't available for a visit for several months out. I appreciated the office calling me and offering a visit with my PA much more quickly. I had not seen her before but she was fantastic! She really helped me understand my lab results and health status and recommended I take a new medicine to help with my high blood pressure. She was smart, easy to talk to and never made me feel rushed.
