Haley Schmitt, MD

Haley Schmitt is a Resident Internal Medicine Provider at Providence Primary Care - Northeast Portland. Haley grew up in Round Rock, TX before moving to Denton where she studied biology at the University of North Texas. There she fostered her passion for service through her work with Rotaract. She attended medical school at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston where she continued serving her community leading a COVID-19 patient monitoring program for the local health department and starting a health screening program at the local food bank. Haley is excited to start her medical career in the beautiful PNW. Outside of medicine and community service she enjoys traveling, swimming, yoga, reading, and all things outdoors.
