About Jack Rising
Jack Rising is a Resident Internal Medicine Provider at Providence Primary Care - Northeast Portland. Jack grew up in Lake Oswego, OR and attended University of Oregon for his undergraduate studies. After college, he worked as a medical scribe and medical assistant, and was actively involved in nonprofit work focused on houselessness and diabetes care. He attended Oregon Health & Science University for medical school, where he developed passions for diagnostic reasoning, preventative medicine, and teaching. Outside of medicine, Jack enjoys distance running, cycling, playing music, and spending time with his partner and pug.
