This being my first visit with Dr. Powell, I was very satisfied with the overall exam. He had obviously read the chart notes regarding my recent health history and then he asked further questions to understand my health related concerns and goals.

Jesse Powell is a great Dr. He actually listens to my concerns and makes me feel heard pluse he does things to check things out. He's patient with me as I'm very forgetful and times to time Iforget my Dr appt witch Ihave a car taker now that helps me with all this pluse I'm on a diferant insulin and it is work really well for me it has brought my sugary levels down quite about. And I feel he really cares.

I believe that Dr. Powell understands me and does not give up on helping me to reach my wellness potential. During my appointments, I always feel that I have his complete attention to my care needs. I never leave the office with lingering questions or feeling that I was not heard. A great doctor!

My care provider has taken time with me to explain all my concerns and put me at ease.

Dr. Powell, I want you to know that I am extremely grateful to you for being my Primary Care Physician. For all the years that I have been your patient, I realize how Amazing you are. Thank you for being so "Spectacular" as my Physician.

Dr. Powell is the most caring and competent physician I have ever worked with, and makes my interaction with him a pleasure. He knows my health history and conditions and always answers my quesitons with thoughtful advice and suggestions.

Smart and easy to talk with

I did not exactly take prescription medications in the last 3 months. My provider ordered certain over the counter supplements to address issues in my lab tests for 2 abnormal results. He called me at home the next day to talk about my test results. My provider goes the extra mile to address health issues. He is a great listener, great communicator and I and I have (for me) a very high trust in this provider than I have experienced before I signed up for Providence care.

My appointment with Dr. Powell was my first. He was friendly, open, knowledgeable, a good listener and very helpful with answering my questions. My previous doctor was a student doctor and I had problems trying to set up an appointment with him. I tried twice online, finding no available appointments. I finally called to set up an appointment and explained my frustration, not just with setting up an appointment, but with being shuffled from student doctor to another. I told the receptionist I would prefer a regular staff doctor and she recommended Dr. Powell. She was very helpful and so was Dr. Powell. I look forward to a stable relationship with him.

Extremely impressed with Dr. Powell. (This was my first time seeing him as my regular doctor was unavailable.)
