I felt like Lisa listened to and mostly understood my concerns. However, she is not my regular Dr. And I do not know that she was aware of my surgery history and the issues I've had since then. I tried to fill her in, but I do not like to hear the comment "as people get older they often experience these issues" referring to my neuropathy. I was there because the neuropathy is just part of the problem, it has gotten severe since surgery and lately there has been an enormous amount of swelling that is uncomfortable. She did recommend blood tests to see if the issue had other causes which was good for me.

I feel like I have been both seen & heard when I have an appointment with Lisa. Never underestimate the experience of being heard.

I appreciate that Lisa Seung, PA-C was able to see me on short notice. I called in the morning and was able to get an afternoon appointment. As I had Covid, they had to wear protective gear. She answered my questions and listened to my breathing. Besides prescribing Paxlovid, she also prescribed a cough medicine. Thank you!
