My experience when visiting Dr. Pham and all I come in contact with in her office has always been exceptionally positive.

Dr Pham is knowledgeable, personable and takes time to listen to my concerns. She is excellent in making a referral if needed. She is also great about ordering tests that give her a more complete picture of my health.

I really appreciate Dr. Pham's positive and confident attitude. She is easy to talk to and when she invited me to ask an additional question towards the end of my visit I asked her to look at something that was worrying me on my skin. It was infected so she prescribed a course of antibiotics. I do not always feel comfortable with sharing because I have a trauma history. Dr. Pham asked if I wanted another person to be present before I exposed the area of the skin. I cannot tell you how important it is to be asked that. I felt safe enough to decline needing the chaperone. I am going to be getting new health insurance later this year. I am worried that I may have to get a new PCP and that is a source of stress.

Dr Pham is the absolute best primary care physician I have ever had. Both my husband and I are in better health because of her. Unlike other physicians, she remembers us and is very connected with our health care issues and personalities. My husband has a lot more health issues than me and she is so supportive of him and seems to have a genuine affection for him. I worked in medical education and recognize top quality when I see it. We moved from Oregon to Washington but stayed with Providence and St V , despite the commute, because of her excellence and the that of the cardiology group.

Dr. Pham is an exemplary physician. If I thought it wouldn't take her away from patient care too much I'd say she should be tapped as a teaching resource for other providers. Besides always being respectful, attentive and good at answering my questions, she seems very up to date both medically and technologically. She pays attention to my history, my recent lab results, and asks really good questions. She also doesn't push for meds or procedures, but sells me on some (like a statin, ie) with her knowledge of me and the options that exist. I greatly appreciate her approach and her wisdom.

I have been truly blessed to have my stellar, well coordinated, exceptional Healthcare Team. Collectively, they have kept me alive during the arduous, recent health challenges.
