Kemnasom C. Nwanwene, MD

Dr Nwanwene is a highly dedicated physician with a strong background in clinical medicine and public health. She earned her Doctor of Medicine degree from Windsor University School of medicine, St Kitts and Nevis and a Master’s in international public health from the University of York in the United Kingdom. She completed her internal medicine residency at Marshall University in West Virginia where she developed a passion for comprehensive patient centered care and evidence-based medicine. Driven by an unwavering commitment to advancing expertise in oncology, she continued her training at Marshall University, completing a fellowship in hematology and medical oncology where she received a student teaching award and served as chief fellow of the fellowship program. Dr Nwanwene remains dedicated to contributing to advancements that improve outcomes for individuals and communities affected by cancer.
