Long term relationship has been very beneficial ( for both, I believe).

Dr. Xue has been my primary care doctor for many years. I trust her and this clinic for my health care needs. The use of My Chart with has been very helpful. All information is available in a short period of time. My recent appoint was for MC well care. Due to the time slots available for this type of appointment it took a bit longer to get on the schedule. However, it the delay was not an inconvenience.

My only less-than-perfect score would be for the length of time it takes to get an appointment (which I realize is not always under your control), and the quality of your 'hold music' when I call Swedish. PLEASE get some better hold music ... ;-)
