Dr Xue, and Swedish in general, have always been very responsive to my questions and needs. My only less-than-perfect score would be for the length of time it takes to get an appointment (which I realize is not always under your control), and the quality of your 'hold music' when I call Swedish. PLEASE get some better hold music ... ;-)
