The provider was kind, informed, had my records, spent plenty of time with me. The ease of scheduling and completing the virtual appointment made the distance between my doctor and I not important. I wanted a great doctor, but I live on an island where there are no internists. She was wonderful! Highly recommend.

This was my first visit. I'm looking for a PCP. I did not feel there was enough time for me to get a feel for whether she is a good choice for me. She was thorough but she seemed hurried. I will be going back for another blood test and results. I'll see how that goes.

The Provider was through and explained what I needed to do.

I was very please with my virtual visit. It was my first virtual visit, so I was not properly prepared, yet the virtual team helped me with getting the phone connection, but m y computer didn't have a camera, so I was able to see them, but they couldn't see me; but they were very helpful and considerate. I would like to have her as my PCP.

I felt respected and heard when discussing my health concerns. Dr. Arani was thorough in diagnostics and did not do anything without my consent. She took all the steps necessary to learn of my medical history related to my health concerns and prepared a follow-up plan, to reassure me that I was taken care of.

My visit to Dr. Arani was first visit of finding Primary care provider for general care and physical exams that I have been neglecting for last several years. So far my first visit was good I would keep seeing her as primary.

As always the receptionists and all the staff are very helpful and kind. The Dr goes out of the way to explain and make sure that I understand what she communicates. She is very professional.

I had a great experience with this provider. I have been with Virginia Mason for many years. The care has been substandard. I decided to try out Pac med and am very happy with the change. The care I received in one appointment was such an improvement. The provider listened carefully and took all my concerns seriously. I will be switching my family over to Pacific med care.

I wasn't able to address all the concerns I had and felt a bit rushed. I had a few questions that weren't answered. I went to the clinic thinking it was an annual checkup, but I was informed that it wasn't.

I loved my Doctor I saw on this day.

Alot better care for other medical issues. Better than another one I had.

Provider was thorough in exam and clear on her explanations.

Dr Arani was very knowledgable and listened well. She prescribed a new BP med becuz the one prior included a water pill, which kept me up every 2 hours at night having to urinate.She did a great job and instructed me to keep a daily log of my BP reading and send it to, which I did.

She was very thorough and professional.

Friendly and helpful

Dr. Arani listened and understood what was occurring along with the follow up appointments for PT, an MRI, and Pain Management. She is in tune with my healthcare.

I really like my doctor but I have a hearing problem and I have told her that I wear a hearing aide and that when she wears a mask it muffles her voice and I don't fully understand what all she is saying this lost time during my visit I did say something but her mask stayed on and I didn't understand it all after a while it was just easier for me to say ok so I wanted to get my paper work to see what it said

The Dr was very helpful and professional. She listened to me and addressed my concerns with empathy. The front desk staff were equally helpful .
