She is very easy to understand and thorough with needed tests and vaccines to stay updated. She returns questions or concerns I have per my chart quickly. I am very pleased to have Dr. Soon as my primary Doctor.

Dr Soon always takes time answering my questions about my healthcare and letting me know the results from my bloodwork and evaluating and explaining them to me. She is a wonderful doctor.

Dr. Soon is amazing. She listens carefully and analyzes information. She examines medical charts thoroughly. She thought that some of my symptoms could be caused by low iron levels. No one had ever tested my iron levels before. She was right. My Ferritin level turned out to be low enough to cause issues for me. I appreciate Dr. Soon a great deal!

Dr Soon has been my PMC for a short amount of time now and we're still getting to know each other. I have chronic illnesses that have been dealing with for a long time and my body is very complex and Dr. Soon is getting better acquainted with all of the things that are causing my conditions and helping me with them. She is also helping to point me to the right specialist who can provide me with the best treatment for the issues causing me the most severe problems. She has been very helpful and supportive of my problem with the situation. So I would say that she is a very good Doctor and I like her so far. I'm am very wary of Doctors who are new to me and it takes time for me to trust and respect them and she is earning my trust and doing good with my treatment and medications. I don't have any complaints with her at all. Like I said, we are earning each other's trust and respect.

Dr Soon has been nothing but excellent and thorough. I have no complaints about her at all. I do have some reservations regarding the team that I must interact with before seeing Dr Soon, though. Interactions with the rest of the staff (all females) have been mixed and uncomfortable at times. I understand that people can have bad days, but a certain level of courteousness, discretion, and professionalism is expected and exceptions should not be a pattern. I always hesitate to bring it up because I know it isn't an easy issue to notice or rectify. But, it does contribute to the overall experience of seeing this provider, who herself, is excellent.
