Dr Cramer is honestly interest in my health and is trying to make my life better. Good knowledgeable person.

For all my care team @ Swedish: Addresses the problem promptly and answers all questions. They also follows up regularly, ensures timely medication refills, and demonstrates caring, empathy, and compassion.

My care provider listened to my questions, responded and I did NOT feel rushed.

Dr Cramer Is not pushy when It comes to prescribing medications. He respects my opinion and is responsive when I asked him for additional blood work.

Everyone is nice and listen to all my silly questions. Dr.Cramer always listen to any concern I have.

I feel that Dr. Cramer really listens and talks with me about my concerns. I guess the only possible negative thing I notice is that he never listens to my heart or lungs. Perhaps that is no longer considered necessary. Anyway, we have good conversations and he always answers promptly on My Chart

First time I have seen Dr Cramer as my PCP was unavailable. Dr. Cramer was caring, thoughtful, and thorough. I was especially impressed with his quick response to lab postings and my resulting question via My Chart as sometimes it can take some time for lab analysis and response to questions. I very much appreciated his prompt responses.

We have always had a good experience with Dr. Cramer. He listens to what we have to say and is very understanding.

Greatest doctor I ever had

Dr. Cramer listens to me without any judgement, an experience I have found rare in my past interactions with doctors. He seems genuinely interested in helping me with my medical issues without making me feel responsible for the malady's I have, (I am well aware of that on my own). His knowledge seems very extensive and he comes across as empathetic gives encouragement and he does this without making me feel uncomfortable.

You don't call the office to talk to a health worker, in's you send a note through MyChart and someone calls you back. Not an easy task and in my case, they sent me to the ER, which was a horrible experience! Dr. Was very understanding and said that is the status of health care now. Very helpful guy, good send of humor and he helped me fit out what appointments I need next.

This is the first time I've seen Dr Cramer and he lived up to everyone's great comments. I was pleasantly surprised! I am looking forward to being under his care for a very long time.
