Dr Sao is very kind and listened to my concerns. He's a great doctor.

Dr. Seo answered all my question. He addressed all my concerns that I told the MA about on my intake. He had reviewed my chart and knew my medical history.

I had a great experience,HA-NEUL SEO MD cared for me , and he was also very thorough and patient. The nurse was friendly and provided excellent service.

Dr Seo is my new pcp and I like his communication style but felt he was rushed and a bit inexperienced with my complex uti issue. And getting a timely referral to a specialist is frustrating. Urologists are booked months out.

Dr. Seo was very knowledgeable and thorough. He understood my complicated medical history and issues and was willing to discuss them with me in great detail.

Dr. Sao is intelligent, thoughtful and kind. He was very concerned about my ongoing health and I felt he was comfortable asking questions and coming to a thoughtful decision.

I have been dealing with chronic health conditions for over 2 decades. I have recently stopped using Kaiser after not receiving further care or empathy from my health care team. It has been over a decade since I have felt heard, and Dr. HA-NEUL SEO provided me that space and empathy to feel like he was willing to be a partner in my healthcare, not treat me like a case to move past as quickly as possible. I cried with joy and relief after my appointment, just because I finally felt heard after years of feeling dismissed by doctors. I'm so grateful for the empathy, compassion, and time Dr SEO provided me. Thank you Dr Seo and the Swedish family that gave me this opportunity to rediscover hope!

The doctor was knowledgeable & caring. But I did not agree with a few things.

Was in hospital and seeing dr. Ceo was a follow up on illness. First time meeting him and found myself comfortable with Dr CEO and am glad he took me as his patient. Very happy he has joined our family

Dr Seo addressed all my concerns including ones that other health care providers kind of pooh-poohed

Great new doctor for me in this practice

This was my first appointment with Dr. Sao as he is fairly new to the clinic. My previous primary care providers both retired/left the clinic. Dr. Sao was both professional yet appropriately friendly. I was comfortable being with him for the first time. He also seemed thorough and did not dismiss my concerns.

The Dr was very good.

Dr Seo is Amazing and is in tune with the challenges that a patient faces in the complex world we live in. I was relieved to find out that the process has been more simple than I thought. I needed to see my vitals and the medical assistant was very positive. Dr Seo is wonderful and the teamwork was wonderful including the reception desk and helped me navigate new processes. Thank You Care Team..!!... Also this was also a follow up to the ER and they are doing excellent work in Ballard and Edmonds

I am very happy with my doctor, he listens to me, there is empathy and he makes me feel good. Good service and professional quality.

First time meeting my new PCP.He was thorough, had my health chart available, answered my questions and his follow up on my chart was prompt with answers to questions about recent lab results and new prescriptions. His assistant was very pleasant as well.

This is the first time I have seen him. I'm always skeptical of new Doctors, I did not choose him, he was assigned to me, I had no choice, he had no choice, He communicated very well, listened to me, I was happy that I could understand his speech. He answered my questions, But I found the Visit very cold. I hope the next time I see him it is better.
