Provider is great but I feel they are limited by the health care system as a whole. A check up is nothing close to as complete as they used to be.

Dr. Lee is an extremely caring internal medicine provider attend to struggle with a lot of anxiety when it comes to medical situations. Besides providing excellent medical care, she has a strong support system for when I feel anxious. Her expertise and treatment of patients make her an asset to the profession. I have already recommended her to friends!

I was able to message Dr. Lee in My Chart and received a response in a timely manner. She responded that I should send her a photo of the area I was concerned about which I did. She responded back to come in and see her. The scheduler said her next availability would be in a month. I told the scheduler that I couldn't wait that long because the area of concern looked infected. She then tried to call Dr. Lees team but unable to reach at that time. I did receive a call in the morning the next day and her team scheduled me in the next day. After the visit I did thank her for answering by message and having the time to see me sooner. See sent a prescription to my pharmacy for an antibiotic. Thanks Dr. Lee

Dr. Lee was especially informative about treatment options including physical therapy. She inquired about the nature of the injury, what treatment I'd been provided. She recommended practical options which I'm following.

This was my second visit with Dr. Lee but I am very pleased

Dr. Lee was outstanding. I explained to her that I had asked my eye doctor to write a letter stating that my vision is bad and I can't drive the company van. Dr. Lee asked me if I wanted her to write me one and she wrote me a geat informative letter.

My provider knows me and listens during our conversation which is appreciated, I feel we work together rather than a one sided experience.
