Care provider was great. This was my first appt with this provider and first time with Providence since changing health providers. Don't have enough time with you to have an opinion at this point . Appt time was 6 mos out and I just happened to fill a canceled spot and got in early.

I think Dr Gupta is a caring, professional. I'm grateful to have her as my doctor. I am 87. She treats me with respect, explains everything clearly, encourages, reviews my meds, adjusts meds where needed whether it be more or less and does not treat me like I have one foot in the grave. In other words, SHE IS FANTASTIC!

Dr Gupta is one of the best primary care doctors one can find. She's very knowledgeable and kind and patient. I have only received exceptional service from Dr Gupta and her staff. I have absolutely no complaints. Each time I take this survey I say the same thing. I drive from Mount Vernon because Dr Gupta spends time with me, listens to my concerns, doesn't treat me like I have one foot in the grave or don't have a brain. She never recommends more meds than I need and has reduced or recommended discontinuing what I don't need. I think she's fantastic! I'm blessed to have her as my physician and Providence is fortunate to have her on their staff.

I had a great visit with Dr. Gupta. Her medical assistant was very sweet, attentive and I felt she was up to date on what I needed the day of the visit. Dr. Gupta is the best. She went over the past 2 years of my medical history with me, making sure that I was getting my yearly mammogram (in which I was late on) and wanted to make sure I was up to date on my other tests/labs. She is very easy to talk to and I feel that she does care about her patients.

I drive 45 minutes to Providence because I have confidence in De Gupta and the staff there. I could easily find a doctor five minutes away but I'd never get the care I get where I'm going.

She listens, also the care team is very good to respond to questions I send in through the my-chart system. I am praying this provider stays with this office, she is excellent but when I have had to see one of the partner doctors I feel they have clear understanding of my health status due to the excellent records.
