The office is really busy and this practice has many patients so booking a regular preventive care appointment is not always easy (waiting period can be longer than expected). Kapil is a very attentive, efficient, and caring Doctor Who listens and does not rush you out of the office I never leave his office, wondering what to do next and always having a full understanding of our conversation.

I really appreciate that Dr Gangwal takes me seriously. He listens to me, doesn't just shove a medication at me unless he feels that it may help. When he does suggest medication, it is a suggestion and he includes me in the decision.
