I always arrive 15 minutes ahead of appointment as requested by this office. I was taken back on time, however I waited between 45-50 minutes to see the provider. No one came in at any time to explain the delay. I almost left. This is standard for this office/provider. I respect the physician schedule and I expect the same respect of my time, unless there is an office emergency. This is my experience every time I see my provider. I may consider a change.

On the day of my visit dr. Patel was locked out of her computer. The only access she had to my records was via her phone (my chart) which slowed her down. This is why I wasn't seen within 15 minutes. It was something out of her control.
