Dr. Pruess Nevins is a fantastic listener and always seriously considers what I tell her. She knows I only come in for urgent care when I am really ill. After my most recent blood test on a Friday, she actually received the results and "My-charted" back to me on Sunday morning saying she had ordered an rx which was ready to pick up. I thought that was way beyond the call of duty, but much appreciated. I'm so happy she's my PCP.
