She proactively explains all test results, always searching for supporting material and images during the visit to help me understand conditions or resujts. She listens to my concerns and questions, without judgement, and finds solutions that work well for me. She remembers my history and conversations from previous visits, and follows up comprehensively on all issues. She is very personable and caring. She is simply an excellent overall care provider.
