She seemed in a hurry. Didnt seem to understand what I was saying and didnt answer my questions to my satisfaction. She made the appt and I dont know why. No new advice.

This was my first visit to a medical facility in 40 years. This was a pleasant and successful visit. The prescribed medicine solved my medical issue within a couple of days. No bad experiences and a very pleasant informative experience.

Dr. Pearson was kind and thorough. I especially appreciated the phone call from her assistant, the next day, regarding my lab results.I also got lucky and was seen an hour after I phoned for an appointment. I think there was a cancellation, but I was grateful.

At 77 years old, I know my body and know when something is not right. She was nice, but I felt like this provider didn't really hear me and thought she knew more.

I appreciate Dr. Pearson's care in general. I would prefer that the bloodwork be done in advance of my visit, so we can discuss the results in person. At this visit, I also had questions about my knee, which has been swollen and painful for a while. I had asked (on MyChart) for a referral to physical therapy, but instead she referred me for X-rays and a sports medicine doctor. I reluctantly agreed, but I think that both of those are a waste of time and that I just need physical therapy.

No thing to say except, she always on topOf my health issues and manage/treat me as a special patient.

The primary purpose of my appointment was to have my primary care provider check my sore thumb. While she did that & discussed how I should care for it moving forward, there was no reference to my thumb or what we discussed about it in my Visit Summary. However, I called the clinic the next day & got the info I was seeking.

I found Dr Peasen to be very knowledgeable, caring, and kind. She listened to what I was saying and treated me with respect. I would definitely recommend her to family and friends.

First successful video call which I don't like to do, but didn't want to drive there again. Nice to see her face without a silly mask. She scheduled this to discuss test results from last week that required a change in medications. She knows me well.
