I received the information requested regarding changes in my kidney function and change in my medication. Very satisfactory visit.

Dr. Luther has consistently provided excellent medical care and advice. Swedish Mercer Island Primary Care is a well run facility.

Dr Luther treated me like I was a mental health patient and dismissed my concerns due to that? I felt it and I think it is wrong. The front desk told me I couldn't get in to see the regular doc for a couple of months which is what they have been doing for any of my appointments? What is the point of having a primary care doc if you can't see them? The nurse that made the appointment with Luther informed me I could see my primary the next day? What kind of games with scheduling are played with a difficult patient like me?

I experienced great communication with my provider and was able to get a referral to the cardiology office.

Covered several questions with Dr. Luther. We had a full discussion on each, not just a cursory response. The discussion showed that he had studied my records before the visit and had thought about possible solutions and shared those thoughts with me. I feel very comfortable in his care and believe he is very knowledgeable and caring. An excellent relationship.
