This was my first appointment with Dr Moeen as my new PCP and was recommended by a close friend. She was excellent, addressing each and every one of my many concerns. To explain the reason I checked "never" on the survey regarding hearing from her regarding the blood tests was because there probably hasn't been enough time and I was able to see them on MyChart and they were normal. I highly recommend her!

The staff did a good job. Since this was my first visit, I left a couple of NA questions blank.My one troubling note was that it was difficult at times to understand Dr. Moeen when she spoke with her mask on. The problem was mine trying to understand her accent; not criticism, just an issue for me.

I had a sciatic nerve reaction and could not see the doctor for 2 weeks.. I nearly fell twice trying to walk. There should be a half hour each day reserved for urgent issues without have to go to an urgent care center. That would have helped me sooner. I could not sleep well for two weeks. In one day the Ibuprofen for flamamtion and muscle relaxant helped me sleep!

This was my Intake Interview with this doctor at Kadlec Clinic. I had never seen her before, and had to transfer Primary Care Providers when our previous clinic stopped Primary Care. I was very, very please with Dr. Moheen. She is intelligent, understanding, knows her medicine, and seems to have my best health interests at heart. I am 81, and hope dearly she will see me thought the rest of my life.
