About Alex C. Efird
To paraphrase the German philosopher Goethe He (or she) who does not take time for health will soon make time for sickness. My goal is to help patients stay healthy using as little medicine as possible by using appropriate screening to find diseases early when they are easier to treat, and by helping patients identify which behaviors they can change to improve their health.

Dr. Efird was able to see me less than 24 hours after I scheduled the appointment. He designed a plan to better monitor my BP in addition to increasing the dosage of my BP medication. He instructed me to monitor my BP with my Omoron monitor and get back to him with the results after 10 days to see if additional medication will be necessary.
