Another outstanding appointment with Dr. Dym! Although his public schedule was booked several weeks out his staff, in response to my MyChart message, found an opening within a few days. It was a mid-afternoon appointment which turned out to be more complex and lengthy than anticipated. I suspect Dr. Dym was well into 'overtime' before he was satisfied that he had accomplished all that was possible at that point. That included getting me to X-ray and reading the film in order to develop a plan for moving forward without delay. Throughout he was patient, informative, and caring, the consummate professional and practitioner. I am truly fortunate to be his patient!

I've been seeing Dr. Dym for many years and feel very comfortable when discussing my medical needs.

Dr. Dym has always been absolutely phenomenal. He addresses the issue that need to be addressed, he will give advice that isn't easy to hear sometimes but is always correct, and he does so with an extremely empathetic bedside manner. He is the best doctor I have ever had. I moved much farther away than when he first became my provider but I refuse to switch primary care doctors because of his excellence.

Dr Dym always treats me with respect and he cares about my health.

At my stage is life good health care is very important, and I am comfortable with it in the hands of Dr. Dym and his staff.

Dr. DYM, our PCP ,is personable, explains all lab results in a way I understand ie: the normal and abnormal limits,etc. So when I leave the office, I know that everything is covered and I know where I am - healthy.

Doctor Dym was very good, he was very informative.

Dr. Dym is a great listener and always responsive to my concerns. He is personable and empathetic. He has a particular gift for accurately assessing my health literacy on whatever topic we are discussing. If it's a topic I know a lot about, he speaks in technical or higher level terms that I understand. If it's a topic I don't know much about, he uses useful analogies without being condescending. This makes me feel like he is attentive to *who I am* and not just saying the same thing to every person he sees. An occasional very minor frustration is that there is one health issue where I feel like we have different perspectives and goals for my health - I do always feel heard and that he prioritizes my goals, but I wish we were more on the same page about it and didn't feel like we kept having the same conversation about it every year.

I really like Dr Dym. I wouldn't want any other doctor but I don't like having to wait over a month to see him. I realize that is not Dr. Dyms fault but sometimes or most of the time I can't wait that long to see him. Something needs to be done about this. Other than that, Dr. Dym is a very good listener, spends as much time as I need with him and is very understanding. From 1 to 10, I would give him a 100!

Dr. Dym is unfailingly a good listener and communicator, thoughtful and easy to talk to. Physician's assistants and nursing staff are also professional and competent. It does still seem that, in the "pandemic era" resources are stretched a little thin, but PacMed staff are doing their best with available resources, and I appreciate their efforts.

Nothing to comment about. Very good Doctor who makes sure you understand what was done during your visit.

I was listened to and received information that I needed. A prescription was sent to the nearby pharmacy that said they had the Paxlovid but in fact they didn't. By the time the pharmacy received it, I was feeling fine.

Always they will give me a referal (sic) for a specialist in a timely manner to a PACMED facility who has access to my chart so everyone is on the same page no matter what test results, messages,or recommendations.

I cannot think of a bad experience at PacMed Northgate. I'm always treated with respect. My questions are answered, even if the answer is "I'm not sure yet." Dr. Dym is the best doctor I've ever had. I live on Queen Anne. To get to see Dr. Dym, I take three buses and the light rail each way. It's a long trip but it's worth it.

He was knowledgeable, friendly, took his time to make sure that all my medical needs were addressed, and even brought out models and showed me images to help me to understand more clearly what the problem was. I could tell he cared about me as a patient, loved his work, and honestly wanted to help me. This was one of the best experience I've had with a doctor. Very attentive, knowledgeable, and caring. I was so impressed, that I asked the receptionist if I could make him my regular doctor, but I guess he's not able to take new patients at this time.
