Excellent service and listening

This visit was for treatment during an unexpected viral sinus infection. The MD provided excellent care and treatment advice and a prescription for meds that helped me recover quickly.

It took more than a year to find an experienced physician who was accepting parients. I have a variety of things going on, so I wanted someone to coordinate and optimize the various meds. I am very pleased with Dr Cadelina, who is knowledgeable and interested and listens.

Standard care and consultation

I was very satisfied with everything about my experience. Not only was the doctor on time, which is very rare, the nurse was even earlier, very polite, respectful, and professional. I felt both listened to and heard. The doctor communicated very effectively with me, and I was very happy with the results. Overall, very positive experience. She wasn't my normal provider, but I am very grateful for her service and the office. Thank you again.

Initial visit with Dr Cadelina to establish OCP relationship. She was well informed of my health status and medical conditions as evidenced by her initial and follow up questions. She has expert clinical judgment and excellent communication skills. She addressed immediate, emerging and long-term issues expertly and efficiently. I was impressed and feel confident in developing the PCP relationship with her.

I saw Dr Cadelina to be my new primary care physician. My prior PCP left Swedish 3 years ago and I have been unable to find a really good PCP until Dr Cadelina. So the question about talking to someone about my medications does NOT apply to Dr Cadelina. That issue was with Swedish.

Overall pleased with my PCP here. Recent visit of Dr Catalina got my in promptly to see someone other than PCP for painful acute back injury. Wish PacMed was not owned by the Franciscans, but what is one do? Almost every health care venue these days gets sucked up by larger entity in Seattle and likely elsewhere.

Very good provider, answered my health care questions

The doctor saw me the day after I called in with my issue, listened to what I had to say, and ordered x-rays and blood tests. All very helpful and efficient.

I did not feel this doctor was equipped to care for a trans patient.

Dr. Cadelina was respectful, but dry and showed no personality. I've had many short medical appointments before. Some providers put in efforts to connect with me even during short visits. I didn't have that with Dr. Cadelina.

Excellent services

Disinterest from provider about concern. No real feedback. Little follow up besides providing results from xray and saying to contact if it becomes bothersome. Which I explained in my visit it was bothersome for about a month, hence why I made the appointment. Very dismissive and no concern with the response. Zero suggestions on how to proceed.
