He is an excellent provider as he listens to my questions and his answers are clear and concise. He makes you feel like he is on my personal team and wants the best for me. He wants me to exercise more before my next appointment in 4 months and we hope my test results will be even better,

My care provider was knowledgeable at all my questions and explained the things I was concerned about about it.

Coming in to discuss weight can go one of two ways but right out the gate the team put me at total ease! This is something that's never happened. From the texting while trying to schedule, the front desk, the MA, and especially the docit was an amazing experience and I'm so thankful for all of them!

Dr. Carpenter is a caring and compassionate provider. He is always on time and covers all aspects of my care plan taking into consideration all input I have. He asks the right questions and seems to really care about my entire life not just the issue of the moment. He is FANTASTIC

My visit with Dr Eric carpenter was exceptional he's thoughtful and thorough and it has been a breath of fresh air to have him apart of my care team

Details that were discussed did not make it into my medical records. In the field of IT, when a consultant does not do thorough reporting for proper follow-up, they lose their job when deadlines are not met due to the lack of proper reporting. I am feeling dragged along right now by this doctor, and because I do not know who to talk to, I have planned to bring my concerns up with my primary for a new referral.
