My experiences are always very good,, everyone is always pleasant. Dr. Liu always tries to help me in every way possible.

I was called to set up an appt for a follow up and also contacted that I was due fir my annual check up so I was not sure if I was there for one or both. Dr thought just follow up but kindly extended appt to include both.

I have had excellent care from Swedish Providence

My doctor has and does provide excellent care. She always explains where I understand. Due to me getting stuck in traffic it caused me to be late for my appointment. Still she was able to spend time with me, check my weight, vitals, order labs, and address my concerns.

Dr.Lui, used to be a good physician to me. This visit she was cold, seem like she was in a bad mood taking it out on me. My issue did not get resolved, my condition is getting worse. I have to make another appointment with someone else hopefully I can get the help I need. I'm looking to find another physician. I been Dr. Liu's patient since 2012 and I have never been treated like that before by her. I have a daughter, who is her patient and dhe is also thinking about leaving Dr Liu as a patient because of the way she was treated. Just disrespectful for her and myself. I swear that was the worst visit I have ever received from her. My sister as well is 1 of Dr Liu's patient and looking for another Physician.

My provider is professional, caring and personable. I trust her expertise.

I feel very fortunate to have Dr. Liu as my primary care physician. She is an excellent doctor. The only"negative" I can relate is that most of her patients must hold her in as high regard as I do because it is really hard to schedule an appointment with her within a short time.
